New metal roofs

Colorbond and Zincalume roofing on new builds, extensions, warehouses and rebuilds.

  • Site measure, roof plan set-out and wind classification check
  • Batten and structural verification before any sheeting goes on
  • Sarking, anticon blanket and thermal break to suit the building

Full re-roofs

Stripping tired tiles or rusted metal and replacing the whole system, including tile-to-metal conversions.

  • Pre-start inspection and asbestos identification on older buildings
  • Removal and lawful disposal of existing tiles or sheeting
  • Inspection of battens, rafters and structural timbers

Guttering, downpipes & stormwater

Eaves gutters, box gutters, fascia cover, downpipes and stormwater sized to carry what Melbourne actually delivers.

  • Catchment area measured and gutter sized to the standard
  • Removal of old guttering and inspection of fascia timber
  • Fascia repair or replacement where rot is found

Roof repairs & maintenance

Leak tracing, rust treatment, flashing and capping repairs, storm make-safe and scheduled maintenance.

  • Leak investigation and entry point tracing, including water testing
  • Ridge capping, barge and flashing repairs
  • Resealing of flues, vents, skylights and penetrations

General plumbing

Burst pipes, blocked drains, hot water, fixtures, gas fitting and compliance for homes and commercial premises.

  • Burst and leaking pipe repairs
  • Blocked drain clearing, root cutting and camera inspection
  • Pipe relining and drain replacement
